Antalya is at the top in housing sales to foreigners
In Antalya, which continues to receive immigrants from two countries due to the war between Russia and Ukraine that started last year, especially Russian housing investment continues to increase rapidly. Housing sales to foreigners in Antalya increased by 21 percent in the first 3 months of the year. It was stated that 38 out of every 100 residences were sold to foreigners in Antalya. The foreigners with the highest sales were Russians, Germans, British and European countries.

According to the end of March data of the Turkish Statistical Institute, a total of 4,177 residences were sold to foreigners in the first three months of this year in the three-month period of 2023. While there was a record 21 percent increase compared to the same period of the previous year, Antalya had 38 percent of the total house sales to foreigners in Turkey with this number.
